Who we are

PrikKlokPlus is a Dutch SaaS platform for time tracking, project management, and invoicing. Built with one goal: make logging hours so simple it never feels like a chore.

Aevonix B.V. started PrikKlokPlus after discovering that existing time-tracking software was too complex, too expensive, or not GDPR-compliant for the Dutch market.

Our mission

To offer affordable, privacy-friendly time tracking to every freelancer and team in the Netherlands (ofcouse anyone is welcome!) — fully hosted within the EU and aligned with GDPR.

How it started

The thing with ideas is that they create more ideas. While working on a new company, someone mentioned needing to track hours. Like many things, it got filed away in the back of my mind — something to think about another day.

Well, that day became that same night. As a pre-revenue start-up, the question was simple: how do we register our hours? And then: oh, and a to-do list — wait, no, tasks, so we can assign work to everyone. Before long I had a framework, got wonderfully sidetracked, and not long after, PrikKlokPlus existed.

Still far from a finished product, but getting closer to what we need. As time progressed — which basically means the next day 🙂 — more and more features appeared on our internal roadmap. The classic "if we need this, we need this as well, and what about...?"

So here we are: a simple yet powerful all-in-one tool that teams can rely on. It does what it's supposed to do for most companies. If you find yourself wanting a little extra, visit our feature request page — we love hearing ideas and real-world needs. We love to learn and improve.
