Invoice template Excel (Dutch, VAT-compliant)

This free invoice template for Excel meets all Dutch invoice requirements: sequential invoice number, invoice date, your Chamber of Commerce and VAT identification numbers, client details, per-line descriptions and a VAT breakdown per rate. Amounts, VAT and totals are calculated automatically; the due date is set 30 days after the invoice date.
The instructions also explain reverse-charged VAT (for instance in construction subcontracting) and why invoice numbers must never skip. Ideal for freelancers not yet using invoicing software — and a stepping stone to automatic invoicing from tracked hours.
